§ 121-9. Street openings.

Excavations or street openings necessary for sewer connections or installing house sewers and water service pipes shall be made in accordance with the ordinances and regulations of the Village of Woodsburgh. In lieu of a cash deposit, there may be furnished the undertaking of a recognized surety company in a form approved by the Village Counsel.
