§ 121-14. Applications and fees.

A.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation or the agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation to effect any installation or alteration of a sewer connection without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Board of Trustees, upon filing of the required application and payment of the required fee.

B.
All applications shall be filed on forms supplied by the Clerk of the Village of Woodsburgh.
