§ 121-12. Septic tanks and cesspools.

After the street sewers are in operation, no owner or occupant of any property in the village may build or erect or cause to be built or erected any cesspool or septic tank or repair or cause to be repaired any existing cesspool or septic tank when the same is for the purpose of carrying off sewage.
